File formats

We eliminate the need for extensive copying and pasting

We don’t particularly like cutting and pasting, and we doubt you do, either. We will always strive to deliver our translations in a format that is as similar as possible to the original text.

With regard to InDesign documents, we can use special tools to export and reimport the text directly from the original file, thus saving your graphic designer from having to copy and paste the translation back into the original format.

For websites, we can work with html or xml files generated by your webmaster, or even work directly within your content management system.

We work with most file formats

We handle most common file formats – MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat, Adobe InDesign, XML.

Please note that more complex formatting may give rise to a small surcharge, but we will always discuss such fees with you before we start the work. We do not believe in giving our clients nasty surprises!
