The founder

Johanna Liljenzin began her professional career as a paralegal in the Brussels office of a US law firm. She later transferred with the same firm to London, where it was noticed that she had a talent for marketing. She went on to pursue a career in professional services marketing and spent several years working as a business development executive for some reputable law firms in the City of London. In 2007, she returned to her native Sweden. She then joined a Swedish communications agency as a Project Manager and Deputy Operations Manager. Johanna has approximately twelve years of translations experience.

She studied law at the Gothenburg School of Economics and Law with an exchange year at Stockholm University. During her studies, she had the opportunity to participate in two international moot court competitions. She took an active part in student life and was elected to the executive board of the Student Union and President of the International Committee.

Johanna is bilingual in Swedish and English. She was born in Sweden to Swedish parents but spent part of her childhood in California and most of her professional life in English speaking environments. Her third language is French, which she studied at Collège International de Cannes and Université Catholique de Paris. She also spent five years living in Belgium.

Johanna is an Associated Member of the Swedish Association of Professional Translators (SFÖ).
